SOUND OF ART IN HARLEM?! HOW SUITE IT IS...

The Sound of Art touched down in Harlem for the Grand Opening of Suite 308 on October 20th. Suite 308 is a chic bar/lounge in the heart of Harlem on 125th St & Lenox Ave. The patrons of this fine establishment were treated to fine art courtesy of SOA’s talented roster of artists. The artists that contributed their work to this celebration are Voodo Fe, Craig Anthony Miller, Tony Philipou, Mario Pena, Ed Ubiera and M. Tony Peralta. All the featured artwork is on sale and will be exhibiting for a month. Much love, thanks and success goes out to Teenisha, the mastermind behind SUITE 308(www.suite308.net).

I dropped into Suite 308 last night and that James Brown piece is even more interesting when you view in person. You don't even notice at first that it is made out of cassettes!
